• 1:1 Coaching is available for Strength training, Weight loss training & Yoga

  • All workouts are Tailor made, I mainly focus on combining exercises using body weights and free weights.

  • 1:1 Training is available for 3 days a week or 5 days a week

  • Every session will be for an hour total

  • It does not include cool down stretches ( Trainees are requested to do it on their own immediately after the class but they can seek guidance on the same)

  • Day 7 usually is rest day and my recommendation would be that you relax during this day.

  • For post natal training one on one training is recommended for at least first one month.
