Lets call them funouts or playouts rather than calling them WORKouts because the word WORK kills the fun!!
We all must impersonate a child and embrace that li’l child to get in shape. Workouts that mimic the games can lop off those extra kgs, fade off that not so cool muffin top, bingo wings, luv handles and cottage cheese skin as easily as it is to eat a pie.
Conventional fitness training is kinda frumpy now; childlike workouts are the new cool.
So get up; brush off the dust and get into those shoes to swoosh it all outta ur body till it behaves!!
5 cool kiddo ideas to burn those extra calories to lick your body in shape:
1. Grind it up with a HULA HOOP
Its one of my fave burner workouts that helps to blast the belly fat dramatically!!

Start with the basic moves until you feel comfortable, then step up to more advanced ones for an osm head-to-toe tone-up.
Use the hula hoop that is made for adults; it helps you to lop off 100 calories in 10 mins.

Stand inside the hoop with your right foot forward, holding the hoop against your lower back. Keeping your pelvis straight, shoulders squared, and bend your knees slightly and give the hoop a good counterclockwise spin around your waist and rock your hips from side to side so the hoop hits on the sides of your waist and Voila!!
2. Go biking- It not only helps you to increase fitness but also makes you stay foxy!!

But you must eat right and follow a good nutritional diet for it to make you reach your goal faster and in a healthy way.
You can easily lop off 
500 cal in an hours session of biking!
3. Burn off the dance floor-  Yes dance your calories away; nothing can beat dancing in melting that crazy blubber away. Dance workouts like zumba, aerobics and jumbaato with EDM playing on the speakers will blast it all off and out!!
4. Skip hop jump-  The effort it takes to jump a rope for 10 minutes is the equivalent of running a mile in eight minutes.
Blimey!!! One hour of rope skipping will burn up to 1,300 calories.

Skipping is a full body workout which uses your abdominals to stabilise the body, legs for jumping, shoulders and arms for turning the rope. 
5. BYOB-  Bring Your Own Boxing Gloves And punch it hard..wink..Punch it hard on the punching bag and not on your guy!

My two cents’ worth- 
You should not be Cutting corners as it can be very dangerous from a physical standpoint, and is not what the commitment to physical fitness is about.

Nothing kick-starts your metabolism like a big, healthy whale of a breakfast!!
And indeed…
FIT HAPPENS!!
