Meditation, they say is indeed more fruitful if done in the morning.. though it is as beneficial as an exercise no matter when you do it; especially for a person like me who can never surface early in the morning..wink!!
And No you dont have to be a monk or do it for hours..
Yes, Formal seated meditation can be daunting for beginners, but experts agree that even taking a few moments to breathe and focus your thoughts can be useful.
Even a mere 5 mins of deep breathing exercise will work wonders in leaving you rejuvenated!

Breathe in…relax, Breathe out.. double relax!!
On a lighter note..A glass of wine ? will also give you the same results! ?
