We don’t need an expensive gym membership to get fit. Choosing the right at-home workout equipment will maximize your exercise routine so you get the weight loss, strength training, and fat burning results that you want without stepping outta your house!

Create your own small workout corner in your home by adding these in your ‘Body temple’ room or open a gym in your old garage ” The garage gym” sounds cool i guess..anyways here’s the list:

3. Trx suspension training kit  
4. BYOB(Buy Your Own Punching Bag and the Boxing gloves) 😉
5. Hula hoop (my fave ;)). 
6. Pull up bar (my another fave as it works as a magic wand for the shoulders, biceps, chest and core) 
7. Resistance band (check online they offer good deals these days)    
8. Stability ball
9. Something i just cant live without i.e a Yoga Mat
10. Light to heavy set of dumbbells
11. Heart rate monitors: There are many good brands available in the market like fitbit, mebit, garmin, apple watch etc (my fave garmin multisports watch)
12. A workout dvd
13. Download a nice workout app too like fitnessfirst or skimble (my fave is skimble)
