After falling n failing like infinite times whilst trying this one; i almost gave up, but my crazy yoga love never let me back off though it requires a lot of arms n shoulder strength and core strength as well.. i went on trying….
Guess what!?!?!?
Was almost there in crow pose and wanted to share my happiness to the world and tell them about how it feels to float the whole body on your arms and its strength (for 6-7 secs)  is when i discovered that whilst i was passionately unfurling my wings in yoga; my body was busy cooking something else only. It was planning to take me on a different journey all together.. yessss!!! I was preggy with my daughter MIRAcle(now 1year old).☺️
Felt pretty hysterical about the whole thingy but had a strong hunch that this time the almighty will surely bless me with a daughter as i feverishly wanted one and BLIMEY!! She happened. ???
She was a csection baby hence, i kickstarted my fitness journey again by degrees after 1 and a half years with a lot of mixed feelings and doubts in my lil bag of brains about myself. Nevertheless, life had a better plan for me and Epic! Reebok fitness course and Sivananda teachings and my daily fitness regime was a magic wand for me. In no time i cracked the crow pose once again that too like a pro and not like a rookie baby. #proud
Now, i can relate to the same feeling of learning a crow pose with handstand variations. Guess, i still have a looooong journey albeit i know i am on a very right path though the path is full of meandering roads but hell ya!! Bring it on!!!???i am braced up with my yoga mat, dumbbells, strong core, strong arms, yoga bricks, yoga wheel, and a big determined smile on my face.?
Well more on crow pose,
CROW POSE OR Bakasana also called “Crane Pose,” is the arm balance pose that yoga students learn for in their training. It is the foundational pose for most of the arm balancing asanas in yoga, so it’s a good idea to understand this asana. Though it may seem tricky, Crow can be a fun pose when you get the hang of it.
More importantly, Crow Pose builds confidence and healthy self-awareness. Getting over your fear of possibly falling on your face requires moving slowly with a calm mind. This focused mindset will help you reduce everyday stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling calm and self-assured.
