Lets read it out…
Hello Fit Mum..
Well, to start with, I was always Fit. But the pregnancy brought in drastic change in my body structure. My pre-pregnancy weight was 51 kgs. And the day I was going for planned C-sec, I was 74 kgs. When I got discharged from Nursing home, I checked my body weight. And it was 69 kgs that time. Voila!!! Baby weight was 3.5 kgs. So from that day onwards my Fitness journey has started and it’s still going on.My scale shows I’m 56 kgs now. I’m trying hard to lose these 5 kgs to be back in shape.
The thing that lets me going is to fit in my fave old wardrobe collection.
To reach my Fitness goal…u r a great help n inspiration as well…coz u r d one who has given direction to me….plus d tips which I’m getting 4rm u on daily basis are proving to be of great help. Earlier my target was to lose weight, but now I know it’s all about healthy lifestyle n d moment u bring changes in your lifestyle (like healthy n nutritious food plus workout sessions), d hard work becomes visible…be it weight loss or inches loss. Neha, I’m writing dis, not because u r a gud 4rnd of mine, but coz of d guidance which I received from u towards this fitness journey.
N because of u, I’m able to discover d hidden potential of mine(like earlier I used to run on treadmill for max 10 minutes, that too, with short breaks; but when u motivated me to start running and somehow it clicked me and now I can run for 38 minutes continuously. And it’s all because of u).Earlier I used to binge on food, but then u mentioned how important it is to analyse what and when you are eating. And trust me, it’s helping me a lot. And u helped me in chalking out my workout plan which includes 6 days cardio and 2-3 days muscle strengthening. Earlier I was not that much into cardio. In order to be fit, we need to have that initial spark which comes from within and secondly a good trainer who can guide us about the workout which will suit us(coz it’s different for different body types) and good diet plan as well( like u told me to have breakfast within 20 minutes of waking up and minimum 1.5 to 2 hrs gap between meal and workout). Your guidance has helped me in building my lost confidence and I can miss anything now but not the workout.
Wishing u success in all ur future endeavours.
