1:1 Coaching is available for Strength training, Weight loss training & Yoga
All workouts are Tailor made, I mainly focus on combining exercises using body weights and free weights.
1:1 Training is available for 3 days a week or 5 days a week
Every session will be for an hour total
It does not include cool down stretches ( Trainees are requested to do it on their own immediately after the class but they can seek guidance on the same)
Day 7 usually is rest day and my recommendation would be that you relax during this day.
For post natal training one on one training is recommended for at least first one month.
