• 2 meal plans a week

  • One meal plan will be for 3 days

  • 8 meal plans a month

  • Veg /nonveg both options are available

  • Basic Indian home cooked meal

  • Can be cooked as per one’s taste

  • All workouts are Tailor made, I mainly focus on combining exercises using body weight and free weights.

  • Upon request you will also be provided with pre recorded videos showcasing correct body posture and movements.

  • Weekly you will be provided with 6 written exercise plans (each plan will be different) that will allow you to plan your week.

  • Day 7 is usually a rest day and my recommendation would be that you relax during this day.

  • Progress check will be done every Saturday and new exercise plans will be provided on Sundays.

  • For post natal training one on one training is recommended for at least first one month.
