This does not include a diet plan, I will only provide a diet guidance.
Guidance will be provided on Total calorie intake and Macro Ratios.
All workouts are Tailor made, I mainly focus on combining exercises using body weight and free weights.
Upon request you will also be provided with pre recorded videos showcasing correct body posture and movements.
Weekly you will be provided with 6 written exercise plans (each plan will be different) that will allow you to plan your week.
Day 7 is usually a rest day and my recommendation would be that you relax during this day.
Progress check will be done every Saturday and new exercise plans will be provided on Sundays.
For post natal training one on one training is recommended for at least first one month.
