Ritu Rampal Slaria a real enthu-cutlet and one of those people in my life who gave me that frnds at first sight feel.
Here’s ritu sharing her fitness story today,

During and after my pregnancy i had a real tough time with my weight shooting up from 67kgs to 87 kgs and that brought a severe knee pain as well. Climbing mere a flight of stairs was also a task for me and my baby girl too suffered a lot because of me as she kept on asking me to pick her up and with my state i couldn’t even do that and felt really helpless too as my husband wasn’t around because of his stints. Initially, before the diagnosis i thought i am suffering from arthritis, thankfully that was ruled out but then my doc told me to start with regular walks.
I started off with just 15 mins walk daily and then gradually increased the time and pace, by 1 hour daily.
After two months i could see the results before me and i pushed myself to walk 10 kms per day which was really something for me I believe.
I never used to miss my walk for anything though there are lot of parties to attend in our fraternity but i always priortised my fitness regime over it all though never missed any party as well??
I never knew the concept of stretching before and after the workout. Thanks to my friend who guided me well for the same. In between i did little aerobics, yoga, gyming and diet control as well.
Dramatically, my hardwork paid off and i bounced back to 67 kgs.

After my everyday’s walk I so wanted to join your classes but my knee Neva allowed me.. my loss i guess..but i am happy that i could attend
